Located among the rolling hillsides of New Zealand’s breathtaking Wairarapa sits Amber Valley, a manuka farm and boutique, family-owned honey business.

Established in 2018 by the Hill family, Amber Valley was born from a need for premium honey in both New Zealand and the Middle East, direct from an authentic and local producer.

As the Wairarapa region of New Zealand is renowned for its natural manuka trees and world-class honey, there was no question about it being the perfect home for Amber Valley’s bees to thrive.
